  • Yes - when coached properly. At CrossFit HYRZN, we prioritize good movement, proper technique, and smart progressions.

    Our certified coaches ensure workouts are tailored to you, helping reduce injury risk and build long-term strength.

  • Most classes run for about 60 minutes and include:

    A coach-led warm-up

    Skill or strength work

    A workout of the day (WOD)

    A cool-down or stretch

    You’ll be coached the entire time - you’re never left guessing.

  • Absolutely. Many of our members started with no lifting experience at all. We teach all movements step by step and focus on technique before adding weight.

  • For most people, 3–5 classes per week is a great place to start. Our coaches can help you find a schedule that fits your goals, lifestyle, and recovery needs.

  • Just wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers, bring a water bottle, and show up ready to move. We’ll take care of the rest.
