Our main class and the heart of what we do. Expect a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio, and daily workouts (WODs) that are constantly varied and scalable for all fitness levels. Coach-led, high energy, and seriously effective.
Weightlifting
A focused class dedicated to Olympic lifts like the snatch and clean & jerk. We break down technique, build strength, and help you lift safely and confidently - whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your skills.
Gymnastics
This class focuses on the bodyweight movements used in CrossFit, from pull-ups and toes-to-bar to handstands and core work. Improve strength, control, mobility and movement efficiency at your own pace.
KIDS
Fun, high-energy CrossFit classes designed just for kids. We focus on movement, coordination, confidence, and teamwork through games and age-appropriate workouts - all in a safe and supportive environment.
LEGENDS
Classes designed specifically for our 55+ members, focusing on strength, mobility, balance, and overall health. Supportive coaching, sensible progressions, and a welcoming atmosphere to help you stay strong for life.
